Glad you found the site, I am out for the great race this weekend. Enjoy the new shoes and welcome to the blog. You can add me to your friends section I think. My site is really out of date, I need to add a lot to it and when I do I will add you to my friends section.

Welcome to the blog, sometimes when I get pain its always good to rotate your shoes. Having multiple pairs is good. Keep it up.

With the new shoes.  Felt terrible, just could not get in the groove.  Barely made it around the circle and gave up.

Great run, PR for a 10K.  Felt a little winded after mile 2 - slowed down my pace a bit and got some water.  Felt fine going up Blvd of the Allies hill.  Finished strong.  New shoes felt great the whole time.  Left inside knee got really sore as soon as I was done.  Possibly just the old soreness from the old shoes returning.  Took some advil and a short nap and knee was fine when I got up, so I'm not too concerned.

Looking forward to the 1/2 in Oct.

Last long run before the 1/2 marathon...thank goodness because I am getting burned out.  I am looking forward to just doing my 3 mile jaunts.  Felt pretty good, struggled on the hills.  My knee pain is definitely the result of running on the sloping side of the road...I can feel it.

Had a really good run and made it under my 2 hr goal by 1 second!  It was a cold morning so it took a little while to adjust my breathing, plus deal with the layers of clothes and putting stuff off and on.  I was struggling around mile 6, but felt pretty good by mile 8 and finished strong.
